Bulletin News, for Animal Lovers? Fela, the new addition of the Doghouse, remained trapped inside a plastic jug, after drinking a gallon of water. For hours scratching, wobbling over the field, bumping into trees and walls was unable to release herself, from the grabs of the small prison. After local Police, Firemen and Emergency Medical Technicians arrived, together they managed to save this little mutt’s life from the apparatus and the agony of claustrophobia. The bitch remained relieved and for gratitude towards all of her heroes, she peed on all their tires. In returning the favor, and for salvation of her life, a yellow toast was provided on their vehicles...


This was not enough, so she promised not to crap everywhere, not disappointing anyone if stepped on. In addition, she promised not to steal any bones that were buried by her fellow colleagues and only to bark when thieves are present. Last but not least, she promised not to commit that stupid and dumb act she had already committed, bringing emergency teams together, saving her life.

She smiled and walked away wagging her tail, happy she sees all over again. News traveled fast all over the doghouse howling in happiness, celebrating the return of their friend Fela, the youngest and newest addition to the community.

Nelson, born in New York, educated in USA, PR and around the world as an agent with the US Federal Govt. As a member of the US Air Force, he became involved with an operation titled “Operation Counterpush”.

Responsibilities, in charge of various operations that led to the destruction of at least five drug trafficking rings. These rings sold controlled substances, in turn bought weapons of various types for use in their cause of terrorism against the US and it’s allies. Nelson was directly responsible to answer up the chain of command, United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) at Ramstein AB, Germany.

His contribution, not only led toward anti-terrorism but in saving thousands of lives involved in drug dependency. Victims, finally realizing the true meaning of life, making a choice for a real productive life. This bottom line provided Nelson with a choice, offered to him by the base commander and additional high ranking commanders.

An opportunity, to join the ranks of Commissioned Officer for meritorious service, to the Unites States Air Force Officer Training School, which he gracefully turned down. Instead he was Privileged and Honored to become “One of the Twelve Most Outstanding Airman” in Europe.

Later in life, his experiences expanded to additional crime scenes of explosives and other related anti-terrorist activities while in continental United States of America. Due to a spinal cord injury, he retired and moved to the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico where he’s writing Short Stories, consulting TV networks, Movie film industries as well as owner and founder of "DoctorsAdvice", "Reality Dreams" and "MyComputerDoctorPR.com", a Registered member of Microsoft Corporation. He is actively a Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, Network+ Certified Professional.

Sebastian “Bachán” González Figueroa nació el 20 de julio de 1926 en Isabela, Puerto Rico en el barrio de Capíro. Bachán es hijo de Eliseo González y su mamá Isidra Figueroa. Entre sus hermanos son, Pepe, Peñé, Eliseo, Aníbal, Toño, Manolín, Efraín y sus hermanas son Inña, Milagros, Gloria y Maria.
En su vida tuvo dos matrimonios y procreó tres hijos, Sebastian González Figueroa Jr, Nelson González Martínez, Milton González Martínez y una hija, Edna González Martínez. Los nietos/as de Bachán son Lisannie, Kenneth, Génesis, Milton, Nicole y Nicolas.
La historia de Bachán no es una muy común. No fue hasta los doce años de edad que tuvo sus primeros zapatos. Bachán tampoco fue un niño cualquiera, fue un niño que se las buscaba económicamente para ayudar su familia. Vendía muchas cosas como chicles y se pasaba visitando el cine cuando le sobraba unos chavitos.
El estudió hasta el octavo año y en las edades de veinte estuvo trabajando en la cocina de la base de Ramey, donde aprendió reglas, disciplinas y su método de organización, la cual usó toda su vida hasta la muerte. Su trabajo tan apasionado en sus tareas lo ayudó en obtener la confianza de sus superiores y en obtener mas autoridad con más responsabilidad creando un ambiente de alta calidad, sabor exquisito de comida y un agradecimiento único de todos los patrocinadores cuando participaban en la nutrición personal diaria.
Durante su vida de joven, siempre buscaba manejar sus chavitos, vio la depresión económica mundial de los años treinta, vivió en Puerto Rico durante la segunda guerra mundial y leyó sobre la experiencia de las dos bombas atómicas utilizadas por primera vez borrando las vidas de muchos de nuestros enemigos en Japón, disfrutó de los cambios políticos en Puerto Rico como el nacimiento del Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño, el Partido Republicano Puertorriqueño, el Partido Popular Democrático, vio a Luís Muñoz Marín ser elegido como senador en el año mil novecientos cuarenta y ser el primer gobernador puertorriqueño elegido democráticamente en el cuarenta y ocho, pasó por la experiencia de “Manos a La Obra” el crecimiento de las industrias en la isla como La Autoridad Acueductos y Alcantarillados, en noticias lejanas y la base de Ramey siendo noticias cercanas, vio el nacimiento de Las Fuerza Aérea de Los Estados Unidos en el cuarenta y siete, la guerra de Corea y no fue obligado a servir en las fuerzas militares, tras que ya estaba trabajando en Ramey, una base de La Fuerza Aérea EEUU. Su primer matrimonio fue a Elisa Figueroa donde tuvieron a su primer hijo, Sebastian González Figueroa JR.
Bachán era un soñador y siempre tenia que superarse, así que tomó un viaje a la cuidad de Nueva York y comenzó con un colmado en la esquina de la calle ciento dieciocho y Park Avenue en Manhattan. Desde un pote de salsa y un cuartillo de leche, negoció con las gangas peligrosas de los alrededores y se ganó el respeto y la protección de todos, tanto que levantó un colmado muy exitoso.
Como Bachán venía de la pobreza y como continuaba levantándose, más persiguiendo las oportunidades en cumplir sus sueños, lo que muchos podían hacer en la nación más poderosa del mundo, Los Estados Unidos de América. El invitó y ayudó a muchos de sus familiares a viajar desde Puerto Rico a Nueva York, para quedarse en su hogar y además trabajar en el colmado, dándoles oportunidades para también ellos cumplir con sus sueños, siendo este el mayor éxito de Bachán y el más fructífero, “Ayudando a personas que se ayuden ellos mismos”.
Mientras estaba logrando estos sueños, sus experiencias además fueron sentir el dolor de la muerte del Presidente John F Kennedy y la muerte del hermano Robert. Vio y nunca le interesó la explosión musical de la banda de los Beatles, Los Monkeys, The Doors y otros, sin embargo la música Mejicana de los “Mariachi” lo intoxicaba. Leyó y discutió sobre el bochorno y el desacuerdo que tenia sobre la guerra en Vietnam, el uso de las drogas y las personas vagas.
En el día del nueve de noviembre del año mil novecientos sesenta y cinco, Bachán como un habito necesario descansaba en su hogar por la tarde en el Bronx, ya que abría el negocio muy temprano en la mañana con ese viaje desde su casa al trabajo que tomaba unos cuarenta y cinco minutos en ambas direcciones, cerraba como a las once y a veces a las doce de la mañana para después abrir denuevo su colmado, cogiendo unas cuatro horas de sueño esa madrugada. Básicamente, Bachán era un esclavo del trabajo y era lo único que sabia hacer, trabajar toda su vida. Mientras descansaba ese día del nueve, unos ladrones le habían robado su guagüita que estaba estacionado enfrente de su hogar y en eso minutos del robo, al que no sabia en ese momento, el noreste de los estados se había ido en el primer "Blackout" en la historia de la nación. La luz eléctrica había desaparecido sin saber porque.
Una hora a dos después de informarle a la policía del robo, Bachán recibió una llamada que le estaban robando en el colmado por la desesperación y de los motines ocurriendo por ese “Blackout”. Bachán tenía que buscar transportación hacia el negocio. Se armó con una pistola calibre 32 y fue al colmado dejando acostados a su segunda esposa Sonia y sus hijos Nelson y Milton en la cama principal del domicilio pasando una experiencia de terror, algo que nunca habían pasado antes. Los motines estaban siendo explicados por las noticias en un radio de baterías al lado de una vela encendida localizado encima del bureau del cuarto. Se oraba para que Bachán regresaba a su familia sano y salvo. Dos semanas después del “Blackout” encontraron la guagüita en Long Island, parecía que los ladrones solo la usaron para transportación y no le robaron nada. ¿Milagro? Quien sabe.
Para el año mil novecientos sesenta y siete, Bachán volvió a Puerto Rico y comenzó con una cafetería en las fabricas de la familia Ferré, en Buchanan Guaynabo. Aquí se localizaba la fabricas de cristal, cemento y de cartón trabajado por cientos de empleados. Durante siete años tuvo otro éxito en los negocios, pero denuevo no muy común de muchos. Bachán, en esos siete años preparaba arroz con gandules, pasteles y pernil asado para la víspera de las navidades y la víspera del año nuevo enviando desde doscientos, trescientos y hasta cuatrocientos comidas en esas noches. ¿Estaban agradecidos los empleados durante la medianoche de esas vísperas? No porque tenían que trabajar pero Bachán hizo que se olvidaban de sus preocupaciones familiares compartiendo una cena entre todos hecha con amor y dedicación. ¿Que cree usted?
Al igual de las ayudas a la familia como en Nueva York, Bachán volvió en ayudar dándole trabajos a muchos de sus familiares y amistades en la cafetería. Trabajar con Bachán no era fácil. El enseñaba respeto, disciplina, responsabilidad, dignidad, puntualidad y estar orgulloso de un trabajo bien hecho. Si fallabas al principio, el le daba una orientación e instrucciones porque uno tenia que hacer lo correcto. Si volvías a cometer los mismos errores, dependían de cuales eran. Si continuabas cometiendo los mismos errores, mejor te tiraba por un risco que los regaños eran de unos bochornos inolvidables. Para comparar, mejor estabas como un ratón con el cuello roto por una trampa de madera y metal con el pedacito de queso, que ser regañado por Bachán. Bachán era un hombre muy bueno pero a veces era bien bruto, especialmente extremadamente bruto con su mujer y sus hijos. Obtener una educación hasta el octavo grado demuestra lo necesitado que la educación es en las universidades, para los que puedan, tengan esa oportunidad tan valiosa.
Para el año mil novecientos setenta y tres, Bachán volvió a su pueblo natal de Isabela y construyó el “Supermercado Bachán”. De nuevo, otro éxito llevando a sus hijos en educarse, ir a viajar a Europa hasta retirarse en Port St. Lucie Florida, donde su hija pequeña Edna terminaba con la escuela superior y con un bachillerato en justicia criminal de la universidad en Florida. Bachán estaba volviéndose loco y volviendo locos al resto cercanos a el. Como no tenia mucho que hacer estando tan aburrido, volvió denuevo a Isabela donde para el año mil novecientos ochenta y nueve comenzó a construir la “Plaza BASO” (BAchán SOnia). Para el año mil novecientos noventa y seis, Bachán ya había construido nueve edificios y todos estaban alquilados dando oportunidades a los negociantes, sus familiares mas todas las familias que aprovechaban de todos los servicios disponibles.
Los hogares y los terrenos de muchos dentro de un diámetro de dos millas subieron de valor. El pueblo de Isabela por la carretera 2 Kilómetro 109.9, municipios de Galateo Alto, Galateo Bajo, Mora, Arenales Altos y Bajos y Llanadas aumentaron en población y la felicidad creció mas aún. Muchos tuvieron la oportunidad de progresar y en llevar a sus hijos a la educación, multiplicar a sus familias con el nacimiento de más nietos. Ya para la entrada del siglo veintiuno, Isabela era considerada una ciudad con más de cincuenta mil habitantes.
Para el año dos mil seis, Bachán había sobrevivido cinco derrames celébrales, tres ataques de corazón, un impacto directo a sus cuerpo de un automóvil, pero para febrero dos mil siete le dio un pequeño infarto y este lo dejó cinco meses y cinco días de cama en estado de auspicio. El mal genio, la obsesión de regañar a muchos, corregir hasta extranjeros por hacer acciones que Bachán consideraba estaban mal, como estacionar sus vehículos sobre una línea amarilla, lo llevó a la muerte el diecinueve de julio del dos mil siete, un día antes de su cumpleaños numero ochenta y uno, el día que mas personas vinieron a su cumpleaños. Bachán descansando en su ataúd y todavía nosotros celebrando orgullosamente su cumpleaños de un hombre bueno de Dios. Lagrimas fueron derramadas, no solo por su familia, pero por muchos que lo conocían. Además, lagrimas también fueron derramadas por aquellos que no lo conocían, por ver a sus seres queridos llorar por el amor hacia Bachán. Ese dolor tan terrible se sintió por todos, miles de millas más allá desde el pueblo de Isabela.
En conclusión, Bachán hizo mucho para un sin numero de personas. Muchos se hicieron millonarios, aprendieron a vivir una vida de honestidad, de progreso, de agradecimiento, ser negociantes exitosos, personas dignas con éxitos de vivir orgullosas de cumplir con sus sueños, los sueños de sus hijos y de los hijos de ellos. Dios había enviado un hombre para producir y ayudar al prójimo, para ayudar a muchos para que se ayuden ellos mismos. Este hijo de Isabela había cumplido con resultados impactantes, seres humanos con la satisfacción de vivir sanamente feliz y de ser verdaderamente Puertorriqueños.

Additional Comments: On a Wednesday, February 2006 we phoned Lighthouse Tropical Inn Inc. The staff answered very professionally and reservations went smooth. We asked about having Internet facilities and was explained a technician was fixing some wireless problems. It was possible the problem would be corrected on our arrival. In addition, we requested a room floor level facing the pool and one large bed.
We arrived at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday of that week and we were received with smiles from the Front Desk staff. Everything in Check in went smooth however, Internet facilities weren’t available. We were explained, a code or an encryption key wasn’t available at the moment and it changed everyday. Inclusive, for using the Internet, it would cost $10.00 per day, incredible since these facilities aren’t charged in addition to the regular cost of a guest room anywhere else.

While walking to the room, we noticed how clean and organized the tables and chairs were by the pool, Excellent! After opening the room door, we felt refreshed by a cool air conditioned atmosphere, two beds and shocked we didn’t find a bathroom at first, until we acknowledged the entrance to the bathroom was hidden behind the opened door. In a matter of seconds, the desk clerk arrived and told us how sorry he was, he had given us the wrong room and we had requested a large bed, how right he was.

We entered the correct assigned room and it was warm, in comparison to the first impression we had received before. It was very clean and smelled fresh. In the room were a queen size bed, a six drawer rattan dresser with a mirror and cushioned seat, only one night end table making it comfortable for one and uncomfortable for a second person at a time, an iron, an ironing table, a hairdryer in the bathroom, two fresh towels, one towel for the floor, two smelly fresh soap and an air conditioner which turned on by a wall switch. It was comfortable for two people with a few exceptions, the bed slipped away from the wall having to push it back every time your back was against that wall and the shower curtain was too long by about six inches keeping the bottom wet all the time. You really can’t complain about all of this for $60.00 plus $5.40 a 9% tax per day. It’s a good deal.

We unpacked and went to the pool. It was around 5-6 o’clock or so. We found a large gazebo, one bartender and several guests enjoying the scene at the bar, many more guests seated away by a row of tables from the bar in one direction, and on the other side of the pool were more than a dozen guests. We asked the bartender for a few drinks and he was very, very busy, so we waited. We understand attending guests at the bar, around the pool, more than 30 people at a time is a job for more than one bartender. This could be the reason why we waited almost Thirty minutes, maybe more for our drinks.

The wait wasn’t that bad since there were several large TV sets hanging from the gazebo ceiling, playing DVD musical concerts, sounds coming from many speakers from around the pool making the atmosphere extremely enjoyable and refreshing. Two of the TV’s had a different movie and the other sports. Some of the guests were enjoying their drinks from within the pool. There were several underwater seats and the bartender serves you directly at your level. The bar is half built under water permitting the bartenders, though keeping themselves dry; serve you from the floor level as the pool floor level.

The rest of the night went OK. More bartenders arrived and that overworked bartender felt relieved. A Live band played through the night, more guests arrived and everyone was having a nice time.

Late in the night, we ordered the largest plate of all the appetizers and it tasted very, very good with only one exception, the chicken wings were not fully cooked showing blood trails on the bone, eliminating our hunger on the spot. Otherwise, we recommend this platter to everyone. If you calculate the following, 1 fruit punch, 2 sodas, 3 margaritas and a large appetizer platter for $31.50 is a good deal. Even better, add that Spanish Rock live band, no cover charge, beautiful colors around and in the pool, palm trees, a 25 foot lighted lighthouse fixture is an Excellent Deal.

The party continued throughout the morning. It was around 6:00 AM when everything went totally silent. So, if you’re in the partying mood, we recommend making reservations with rooms facing the pool. If you’re a silent type or like to party just a little, reserve your rooms facing the outside the hotel or rooms within the first building. Anyway, ask the staff when doing your reservations.

If you like basketball, behind the second building there’s a small fenced in court to play in. Adjacent to the hotel, we found a McDonalds at a minute walking distance from the hotel, on road PR 100. Across road PR 100, there’s a shopping center with everything you might need. You might want to know that portable beach coolers aren’t permitted in the rooms, so don’t buy food for cooking. There aren’t any fridges in the rooms either. It might be since the hotel has a Fine Dine Restaurant “Olive’s”, another “MS Bar and Grill” sport bar that also has reggaeton music at night, where you can order food from both places at the gazebo pool bar. There’s also a third place facing the pool that used to be called “El Galeon” which was under construction. As you can tell, everything fun is connected in the center of the hotel, where the pool is located.

The following morning after getting out of bed and leaving our room, we saw how clean the whole area was. The staff kept everything up to date at all times. We went out for breakfast and returned to the hotel and spent the rest of the afternoon by the pool. Afterwards, we found out we could have eaten breakfast at the hotel, but nobody told us that before. It was a beautiful sunny day, sparkling blue water in the pool, getting a sun tan, YES a suntan. You know it doesn’t snow in Puerto Rico, remember? It’s beautiful out here and it was around 86 degrees in February! Loved every minute by the pool.

At around 4:00 PM we noticed housekeeping wasn’t cleaning our room yet. So we called the front desk from our cell phones, though our rooms were only 20 to 30 feet away. That meant we were relaxing to the max. In addition to housekeeping request, we asked about Internet facilities again and we were told they would ask the manager. We never saw or were never approached by the manager about the Internet, whoever he or she might have been. We closed our thoughts about Internet and didn’t ask about it again. At around 5:00 PM house keeping came and left the room spotless.

That evening, the only thing new do was order food from Olive’s. Service was good and the food could have been more and better tasting, a little bland. Well for $18.95 a small filet mignon, potatoes of choice was ok and a small amount of zucchini vegetables was served, small amount. For 43 years experience in food and beverage I could have expected 25% more for the price, a tad pricy. The rest of the night was again, a live band and the whole place were full of beautiful, excited, very friendly people.

In conclusion, we recommend Lighthouse Tropical Inn, Inc in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. While at the hotel we discovered, based on expressed opinions, that six months ago a 32 year old architect gentleman recently purchased the inn. All of the employees were excited about the new boss, that he was a people person. In addition, they were recently fitted for newly ordered uniforms with new logos, new bedding and materials for all of the rooms, restructuring of the rooms, Internet accessible, the old Galeon would be a new lounge, the future holds for construction of a new building where a casino is to be, and more. Even if this is true or not, we wish the best to the new owner and especially to all of the hotel’s employees. Thank you for a nice time and we’ll be back, count on it.

By the way, (Western Bay Hotels.com) has 3 additional hotels that we found on the web during this analysis: Cuestamar Hotel, Highway Inn and Boqueron Beach Hotel. These hotels are found around the Cabo Rojo Boqueron area. Don’t be surprised if we’re there next…

La Rosa y El Sapo

Había una vez una rosa roja muy hermosa y bella. Que maravilla al saber que era la rosa mas bella del jardín. Sin embargo, se daba cuenta de que la gente la veía de lejos.

Un día se dio cuenta de que al lado de ella siempre había un sapo grande y oscuro y que era por eso que nadie se acercaba a verla de cerca. Indignada ante lo descubierto le ordeno al sapo que se fuera de inmediato; el sapo muy obediente dijo: Esta bien, si así lo quieres. Poco tiempo después el sapo paso por donde estaba la rosa y se sorprendió al ver la rosa totalmente marchita, sin hojas y sin pétalos. Le dijo entonces: Vaya que te ves muy mal. ¿Que te paso? La rosa contesto Es que desde que te fuiste las hormigas me han comido día a día, y nunca pude volver a ser igual. El sapo solo contesto, Pues claro, cuando yo estaba aquí me comía a esas hormigas y por eso siempre eras la mas bella del jardín.

Moraleja:

Muchas veces despreciamos a los demás por creer que somos mas que ellos, mas bellos o simplemente que no nos "sirven" para nada.. Dios no hace a nadie para que este sobrando en este mundo, todos tenemos algo especial que hacer, algo que aprender de los demás o algo que enseñar, y nadie debe despreciar a nadie. No vaya a ser que esa persona nos haga un bien del cual ni siquiera estemos conscientes.

Cuando nací, el doctor fue a la sala de espera y le dijo a mi padre: Hicimos lo que pudimos... pero nació viva.

Mi mamá no sabía si quedarse conmigo o con la placenta.

Como era prematura me metieron en una incubadora...
con vidrios polarizados.

Mi madre nunca me dio el pecho porque decía que solo me quería como amiga.

Yo siempre fui muy peluda. A mi madre siempre le preguntaban: Señora, ¿la parió o la tejió?

Mi padre llevaba en su billetera la foto de la niña que venía cuando la compró.

Pronto me di cuenta que mis padres me odiaban, pues mis juguetes para la bañera eran un radio y un tostador eléctrico.

Una vez me perdí. Le pregunte al policía si creía que íbamos a encontrar a mis padres. Me contesto: "No lo se; hay un montón de lugares donde se pudieron haber escondido"

Mis padres tenían que atarme un trozo de carne al cuello para que el perro jugara conmigo.

Era yo tan fea, que una vez me atropelló un auto y quedé mejor.

Cuando me secuestraron, los secuestradores mandaron un dedo mío a mis padres para pedir recompensa. Mi madre les contesto que quería más pruebas.

Tuve que trabajar desde chica. Trabaje en una veterinaria y la gente no paraba de preguntarme cuanto costaba yo.

Un día llamo un chico a mi casa diciéndome: Ven a mi casa que no hay nadie. Cuando llegué no había nadie...

El psiquiatra me dijo un día que yo estaba loca. Yo le dije que quería escuchar una segunda opinión. De acuerdo, además de loca es usted muy fea, me dijo.

Una vez cuando me iba a suicidar tirándome desde la terraza de un edificio de 50 pisos, mandaron a un cura a darme unas palabras de aliento. Solo dijo: "En sus marcas, listos..."

El último deseo de mi padre antes de morir era que me sentara en sus piernas. Lo habían condenado a la silla eléctrica...

Triste, pero es su historia....

Las experiencias que tenemos dejan una huella en nosotros, sea positiva o negativa, pero nos ayudan sin embargo, a comprender mejor a los demás, por eso se debe agradecer a Dios todo lo que le pasa a uno mismo.

Esa huella que las experiencias dejan en nosotros, ya sean positivas o negativas, nos hacen sentirnos de muchas formas distintas, pero nos ayudan a ser mejores, a amar más a los demás porque por aquello que pasamos, comprendemos que también le puede pasar a otro y sentimos compasión por ese ser y tratamos de ayudarle y de no dañarle, ésta es la base de todas las religiones, amar a los demás y no dañarles, y a poder ser beneficiarles.

Sin embargo, hay una forma de llegar a sentirse mejor, una vez aprendido que lo importante es amar a los demás, sentir amor y actuar con el corazón, es éste el punto inicial a partir del cual se puede progresar.

Hay formas tales como crear experiencias de amor, experimentar amor, (me refiero al amor de felicidad), cultivando para ello la buena intención hacia todos los seres y hacia uno mismo, no desear dañarles nunca y poder ayudarles siempre que se pueda.

Podemos decir: "Me amo a mí mismo" pero esta frase es incompleta, pues los demás también son como tú y sienten igual que tú, por tanto, sería conveniente decir: "Amo a los demás como a mí mismo".

Si cada mañana y cada noche repites esta frase varias veces con buena intención, llegarás a creértela y a transformarla en experiencia, porque el pensamiento crea el sentimiento.

Puedes elegir experimentar aquello que desees, sólo es necesario crear la experiencia, pero es necesario tener el deseo de hacerlo porque aquello que deseas con todas tus fuerzas y persistes en ello, por seguro que lo consigues.

Si eliges experimentar amor y lo practicas, con toda seguridad, lo obtendrás ya que si plantas una semilla y la cuidas y la riegas, la planta crece, lo mismo con el amor (felicidad absoluta o paraíso espiritual o nirvana).

El amor me refiero a la experiencia que no puede ser explicada ni descrita con palabras porque está más allá de las palabras, tan preciosa es sentirla que cualquier cosa que no sea ese amor, carece de absoluta importancia para uno porque uno está lleno de amor, de ese sentimiento infinito y eterno de plenitud.

Si cada mañana dices: "Amo a todos los seres como a mí mismo" varias veces y por la noche igual y rezas a los ángeles o haces meditación, o rezas a Dios, te servirá de mucho, pero el camino debes buscarlo tú, no quiero invadir tu libertad.

Quien busca encuentra siempre. El camino es conocerse a uno mismo. Saber cómo uno mismo es. Cuáles son sus virtudes y defectos y poner los ingredientes para transformar los defectos en virtudes. Hay un libro que estudia los tipos de personalidad para conocerse a uno mismo. Si te interesa te digo el título y el autor.

Trata de una técnica milenaria que se llama eneagrama. Hay 7 tipos de personalidad en la cual mejor encajamos, pero no te puedo decir más porque lo estoy leyendo. Yo pienso que para ayudar a los demás, basta con desearlo y tener buena intención de ayudarles.

Cuanto más amor hayamos desarrollado, podremos ayudarles a otro nivel más profundo, pero no mejor, simplemente distinto y con otra utilidad distinta. Yo pienso que cada uno de nosotros recibimos el tipo de ayuda que necesitamos en cada momento y pienso que la ayuda que sale del corazón, es siempre igual de necesaria, porque cuando se ayuda con buena intención, se está ayudando desde el corazón.

Es necesario abrir la mente y ver las cosas claras y objetivas. Cada uno debe ayudar en la medida que sabe, pero si tiene la intención de ayudar, éste es un sentimiento y una elección que procede del interior del corazón y debe ser respetada y valorada, entonces, la persona que desea ayudar, si tiene ese deseo, es porque se lo pide su alma y debe dejarse guiar por lo que le dice, porque es un sentimiento natural que brota desde lo más profundo de su corazón.

Cada uno es su propio maestro. No se deben obstaculizar los sentimientos más profundos que proceden de nosotros porque son los que verdaderamente están en la verdad. Todo sentimiento que procede del corazón es sagrado y por tanto brota de Dios.

Yo pienso que cuando alguien desea ayudar, es porque está preparado para ello, al igual que cuando se siente la necesidad de beber, es natural beber. Nosotros vamos buscando el camino y seguimos los pasos definidos por nuestras elecciones más profundas.

Todo lo que nos pasa o que atraemos es porque lo elegimos. Ningún tipo de ayuda es mejor que otra, simplemente distinta y con distintos toques mágicos. Cada tipo de ayuda le beneficia particularmente al ser concreto que la ha pedido, por eso no un sólo tipo de ayuda sirve para todos, sino que cada ser precisa uno distinto.

Cuánto más amor se tenga dentro de uno mismo, más se podrá ayudar a los demás, pero la única cosa que pienso que es necesaria para poder ayudar a los demás, es querer ayudarles, importarles, preocuparse por ellos, desear que sean felices, querer despertar en ellos el amor que tienen dormido, en definitiva, desear su felicidad. Como dijo Jesús: "Amaos los unos a los otros como yo os he amado".

Queridos Editores Noticiosos,

Cuantas veces uno ve a tantos perros realengos al salir? Fui a la playa de Villa Pesquera de Isabela y uno se da cuenta de tantos animales sueltos. En especial cuando al ver los perros con enfermedades. Si me acuerdo la salna es una de ellos parasitos, rabia, leptosirosis, distemper, y el parvo para mencionar algunos.

Estoy seguro si tenemos a una agencia similar al ASPCA como en Nueva York se podria eliminar tanto sufrimiento que tienen esos pobres animales. El Gobierno tiene responsabilidades con nuevas leyes pero no sirven si no los enfuerzan.

Piensalo, cuando sales cuantas veces nuestros hijos lo ven con esos tristes ojos que tienen. A ese hijo que te pregunta si le puede dar algo de comer. Tu te preocupa si tienen enfermedades y si se lo pegan a los muchachos nuestros. Cuantas veces los nenes y las nenas corren tras de ellos?

Ya es tiempo de recoger a todos estos animales en toda la isla. Todo ustedes al igual que yo llamen a la alcaldia de su pueblo. No se puede esperar que una rabia o otra cosa empieze al morder a uno de los nuestros. Todos sufrimos con enfermedades. Tenemos hogar, comida, seguridad de familia etc y los animales realengos que? Si hay una agencia para esto, por favor, dejemelo saber para llamar.

The day after “Three Kings Day” at approximately 3 pm, 7 January 1997, Olga, Cheri, Ashley and I went shopping at K-mart. It’s located in Plaza Atlantico, Arecibo, P.R. We made a left turn, after entering the store walking towards the back, where electronics and the plumbing was located.

I was looking for the plumbing department. I needed a part for the kitchen sink. While heading towards the back, the girls stopped several times to browse the Cds and electronic stereos on special. I left them behind and continued to search for the plumbing section.

I entered a few isles of house-wares searching and realizing I was lost. I passed the automotive department, looking over the shelves trying to find hardware on my tiptoes.

After not finding anything yet, I joined the girls, then we stopped breathing. I tried to breath again and again, when I began coughing over and over. I felt as if I swallowed a cup of sand down my throat and wind pipe. I was terrified and going through a nightmare, I have never experienced before.

While I was choking, I noticed Olga and the girls going through the same thing. Cheri 9 years old and Ashley 6 years old began vomiting, when all of the sudden a small garbage can flew by us. Employees from K-mart, from their uniform on, began yelling at us, to get out of the area numerous times. I didn’t understand and a older man, another K-mart employee with uniform on, approached me yellig to run away from the area.

I saw everything in slow motion, as if we were in a movie, terrorized, floating like outer space. At one moment, I saw Olga crashing into some products knocking them on to the floor, holding the shelves from falling to the ground. The girls kept choking and vomiting. I remember, I grabbed them trying to run but useless and no strengh walking away since we were so weak. After a long distance, Olga waved to us and we followed her towards the bathroom.

We were at the bathroom and pressed the button of the water fountain but there was no water. We ran to the stalls and tried to clean up the best we could. Next to the bathroom, the security office was located and Olga went to notify the manager begging for help. The air smelled like chlorine or something like that. I was beginning to feel a touch better however, I felt lost still in outer space.

Olga found the manager and security interrogating 2 thieves caught stealing some Cds or something.. Olga explained everything why we needed medical help, especially Cheri who was in worst condition than the rest of us. The manager told us to stay in the office while he investigated our incident.

We needed water, so I walked to the cafeteria which took me a lifetime. It was located over the other side of the store from the manager’s office. I retrieved a cup and returned. The manager hadn’t arrived yet. We waited and waited. We were feeling really lousy and no medical attention, no ambulance, nothing just waiting for the manager. I thought our incident took precedence over the crooks, but the manager and security officer continued dealing both things at the same time, unbelievable.

Finally, the manager arrived and told us that a few car batteries had exploded and sulfuric acid spread all over the place. He told us the hospital was next to the plaza, over a 5 minute walk. He started to fill some paperwork, and send us to the hospital. He said over and over again, that K-mart is not accepting responsibility while doing the paperwork. We were more interested in our health, especially stopping all the suffering.

We told him we needed emergency medical attention, especially Cheri, but it seemed the crooks were more important, than all of us. We begged him to finish up with the paper. I looked for a handicapped chair for Cheri and we rushed to the hospital which was a long way from K-mart.

We walked to the Arecibo Medical Center and related the incident to the front window. Do you believe this! Walked to, no ambulance that took us anywhere, and it really was over a 5 minute walk. At the hospital, they told us to enter the emergency room immediately and do paperwork afterwards.

From all of the comotion of pushing the handicapped chair, no ambulance, walking to the hospital for over 5 minutes, I worsened. The doctor jumped out of his chair and ran towards us. He provided medical emergency to me first and began oxygen procedures. The emergency room got hectic from our incident. We were being taken care of first priority, the way it should have been from the beginning of the incident at K-mart.

After several hours we were released with a prescription, and slowly walked back to our car. I returned to K-mart to speak to the manager and see about the prescription. I had to convince myself to see him since the incident stayed in my brain, flashbacks. I didn’t want to go through hell again, though my body was shaking, trembling. I got the medication and left relieved the hell was over, or I thought it was over.

It took us a long time and arrive back home. We couldn’t see well, our minds felt lost, spacy and our breathing got very difficult. The rest of the week was the beginning of a nightmare for the rest of our lives, hell. We began returning to emergency rooms over and over again for Olga, Cheri, Ashley and especially me.

Not only the incident gave me additional health problems, it worsened my service connected back injury, which I had for years. Doctors, Doctors and more Doctors. Test after test, injection after injection, breathing medications, pain medication, nightmares, financial loss, waking up at night screaming, job loss, forgetting where you are, where you’re going. Watching and hearing your children scream at night from their terrifying nightmares.

Your life totally changed from one moment to another and nobody to go to, other than doctors and more doctors. Your senior citizen parents doing the best they can to help. Waking up everyday with the same terrors praying because the only thing your life is, is doctors, medications and more nightmares. Something always happens for a reason. What’s the reason for this?

K-mart buys Sears for $11 Billion but hides behind bankruptcy and avoids responsibility for an accident that occurred in a K-mart store at Arecibo, Puerto Rico. The accident occurred on Jan 7, 1997, a $6,000,000.00 law suit was filed. The following is a letter sent online to Johnnie Cochran for help, our last try I think:

December 16, 2004, 8:31 PM

Dear Johnnie,

In Jan 7, 1997 I was involved in an accident inside a K-mart store Arecibo, Puerto Rico. After many visits to the doctors, there was more than enough evidence to sue them for $6,000,000, according to a lawyer from Aguadilla, PR.

At the time of the accident, my girlfriend Olga and her two daughters Cheri and Ashley, were also injured. On the day of the accident, several car batteries exploded by the auto department dispensing sulfuric acid through out the area while we were shopping,

According to the K-mart manager, this is what happened after reporting the event to him. This was the beginning of a physical and mental Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We had no idea of the terrifying and long nightmare we were to experience.

I have a detailed description of the facts if and when you can view it. We went to see a lawyer in Aguadilla, PR who took the case. Due to this accident's damage my VA pension was upgraded and Social Security disability was approved.

We had and still have numerous visits to hospitals, mental and pulmonary experts and the case was extremely strong.

I was informed by my lawyer, that in year 2002 K-mart filed Chapter something (?) bankruptcy. My lawyer told us that the Federal Judge attending our case suspended the case till further noticed. I have continually visited and continue to visit doctors as well as taking my medication religiously.

In Nov 2004, News media related K-mart had purchased Sears for 11 Billion dollars. I wrote a letter to my lawyer reminding him about the case and asking him to work harder however, now he claims that K-mart is hiding behind the bankruptcy and they won't pay.

Some skeptics asked me if my lawyer had been paid under the table to stop litigation. I had no evidence this was true. My next step would have been another lawyer but I don't trust lawyers or anyone, which is part of a symptom of stress etc, I think.

Today, I'm sending this letter for your HELP. In a few weeks it will be the 8th anniversary since the accident. It's nice to have VA pension and Social Security disability benefits for the month, my kids receive social security benefits as well BUT, what about the future.

My kids look forward to college. I need a new life to start and need retraining. Olga and her girls need a new life also, though we live apart from the break up due to the accident. Please check. I'm in Puerto Rico, the case was filed in US Federal court. If it’s true and my lawyer gave up, that's a major problem. WE NEED YOU, PLEASE. I know it's not what you know, it's what you can prove in court that matters...

As you can see, their response wasn’t a happy one, they couldn't help. I understand the Cochran's firm explanation and accept it however, What are our rights? How could K-mart get away with not even a penny for help? The evidence was overwhelming. I swear and/or affirm that this is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

HISTORIA DE UNA FEA, PERO FEA DE VERDAD

Las experiencias que tenemos dejan una huella en nosotros, sea positiva o negativa, pero nos ayudan sin embargo, a comprender mejor a los demás, por eso se debe agradecer a Dios todo lo que le pasa a uno mismo.

Sin embargo, hay una forma de llegar a sentirse mejor, una vez aprendido que lo importante es amar a los demás, sentir amor y actuar con el corazón, es éste el punto inicial a partir del cual se puede progresar.

Hay formas tales como crear experiencias de amor, experimentar amor, (me refiero al amor de felicidad), cultivando para ello la buena intención hacia todos los seres y hacia uno mismo, no desear dañarles nunca y poder ayudarles siempre que se pueda.

Podemos decir: "Me amo a mí mismo" pero esta frase es incompleta, pues los demás también son como tú y sienten igual que tú, por tanto, sería conveniente decir: "Amo a los demás como a mí mismo".

Si cada mañana y cada noche repites esta frase varias veces con buena intención, llegarás a creértela y a transformarla en experiencia, porque el pensamiento crea el sentimiento.

Puedes elegir experimentar aquello que desees, sólo es necesario crear la experiencia, pero es necesario tener el deseo de hacerlo porque aquello que deseas con todas tus fuerzas y persistes en ello, por seguro que lo consigues.

Si eliges experimentar amor y lo practicas, con toda seguridad, lo obtendrás ya que si plantas una semilla y la cuidas y la riegas, la planta crece, lo mismo con el amor (felicidad absoluta o paraíso espiritual o nirvana).

Si cada mañana dices: "Amo a todos los seres como a mí mismo" varias veces y por la noche igual y rezas a los ángeles o haces meditación, o rezas a Dios, te servirá de mucho, pero el camino debes buscarlo tú, no quiero invadir tu libertad.

Trata de una técnica milenaria que se llama eneagrama. Hay 7 tipos de personalidad en la cual mejor encajamos, pero no te puedo decir más porque lo estoy leyendo. Yo pienso que para ayudar a los demás, basta con desearlo y tener buena intención de ayudarles.

Cada uno es su propio maestro. No se deben obstaculizar los sentimientos más profundos que proceden de nosotros porque son los que verdaderamente están en la verdad. Todo sentimiento que procede del corazón es sagrado y por tanto brota de Dios.

Yo pienso que cuando alguien desea ayudar, es porque está preparado para ello, al igual que cuando se siente la necesidad de beber, es natural beber. Nosotros vamos buscando el camino y seguimos los pasos definidos por nuestras elecciones más profundas.
